Question: What's the difference between normal diffused light and a laser beam?

Answer: The photons (light particles) in a laser beam are all aligned in the same direction. This is why a narrow beam of light can cut through steel.

An entire team meets off-site for one day. A climate is created in which each person feels able to say what they really mean. Through a series of individual and group activities, the participants co-create a set of agreed values and goals. Through the afternoon these are broken down into specific actions. Each action is owned by a specific person - it may well have been their own idea.
